Edition” of DoyleOil™ is a unique blend of Napa Valley-grown
fruit that remains true to its Umbrian heritage, delivering a
robust “peppery” taste and vibrant color. We recommend
it for drizzling on soups and pastas just before serving, on
breads, on sliced tomatoes with fresh mozzarella, or on salads
along with a fine Aceto Balsamico.
Nestled on a hillside
overlooking the Napa Valley, Whitehall Farms is home to several
hundred olive trees. These trees, imported as seedlings from
Italy in 1998, produce fruit in a climate and soil almost identical
to that found in Umbria, Italy. Created from four complementary
varietals - Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino, and Pendolino, our goal
is to present your palate with a fusion of some of the world’s
finest olive oil.
