Nestled on a hillside overlooking the Napa Valley, Whitehall Farms is home to several hundred olive trees. These trees, imported as seedlings from Italy in 1998, produce fruit in a climate and soil almost identical to that found in Umbria, Italy. Created from four complementary varietals - Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino, and Pendolino, our goal is to present your palate with a fusion of some of the world’s finest olive oil.
